Blizzcon 09 (as in 2009) already happened in Anaheim, California USA. Blizzcon 2010 will probably happen there again as it as been the location for the Blizzcon's usually.
i am not sure if i am understanding your questions correctly, but if you are asking where Bilzzcon 09 was, it was held in Anaheim, California in the summer of 2009. It was a convention for Blizzard that happened over a weekend so it's not an ongoing event. There will be another Blizzcon 2010 this year, mostly likely in Anaheim again.
during the time of this preview play, you were only allowed to customize your worgen and i was not given the choice as to what my human form would look like. also, only males were available at this time. cannot say if they'll only let you customize your worgen when the exp actually hits but at this point, it was just worgen traits you were allowed to choose.
once again, the music is NOT my choice. it's an audioswap so i have no control over what is played. i am sure that's why it's also on 99% of other videos according to l337z0r's scientific poll.

could you explain me the transformation? do you turn to a human when your in a city then turn to a worgen when outside? or is it just in the beginning then you stay a worge forever? or is it like druids? anyways thanks for any response, this transformation thingy has me all confused.
you enter the game as worgen in gilneas (the starting zone/city). you can shift in and out of worgen form into human at any time OUT OF COMBAT. if in combat, you cannot shift into human form. if you happen to be in human form and you enter combat, you will automatilcally go into worgen . doesn't matter where you are or what level, your default is always worgen. i think also, there is a cooldown out of combat. so you cant just shift every second in and out while you're standing there.
but, again, even if you were in the middle of your cooldown for shifting, if you entered into combat and you were in human form at teh time, you'd go into worgen automatically.
Because it has entirely different abilities and because the human form is just a secondary shape (that doesn't change its mechanics) and will disappear once you attack something. It's basically just a little toy.
No, you create the character as a Worgen in the character creation menu. It is its own race. Idon't know if they will let you customize how your human looks but since that is a secondary characteristic, I doubt it. At this point, you were only allowed to customize your Worgen since that is your primary toon/race.
if you read the title of this video, you will read it was taken at blizzcon 2009, where they gave a preview and let ppl play worgen for 15 min (might have been 10 min) if you were willing to stand in line for it. i took this video of the screen with my camera while the staff was walking around.
The "original" worgen were brought into Azeroth by Arugal and Velinde Starsong. Arugal's worgen spread across Silverpine, and somehow the people of Gilneas were turned into worgen as well (my guess is the worgen have some kind of "curse" similar to a werewolf's bite).
I thought the Worgen couldn't get any more badass as a playable race; their transformation sequence proved me wrong.
during this preview, they started worgen off as lvl 6 because blizzard said they had some special surprises planned for lv 1-5 that they didnt' want us to see yet. i rolled a worgen hunter, which is why i have mana. whatever is is my bags at the time, i probably looted off of the mobs i killed in the starting zone.
So what, is their like no point of being a human race now..

2 things...
1.) if you can actually read, i'm not disagreeing with anyone. i'm sure the music is overplayed. did you ever see me write "no it's not! the music's great!!"? no.
2.) i'm not complaining or bitching, i'm answering a question. people are asking why i have this song on my video and as you can see, this isn't the only question i answer. and of course, when answering the same question 5 or 6 times, it gets old so if i'm coming across as sarcastic, you can deal.

could you explain me the transformation? do you turn to a human when your in a city then turn to a worgen when outside? or is it just in the beginning then you stay a worge forever? or is it like druids? anyways thanks for any response, this transformation thingy has me all confused.

you enter the game as worgen in gilneas (the starting zone/city). you can shift in and out of worgen form into human at any time OUT OF COMBAT. if in combat, you cannot shift into human form. if you happen to be in human form and you enter combat, you will automatilcally go into worgen . doesn't matter where you are or what level, your default is always worgen. i think also, there is a cooldown out of combat. so you cant just shift every second in and out while you're standing there.

but, again, even if you were in the middle of your cooldown for shifting, if you entered into combat and you were in human form at teh time, you'd go into worgen automatically.

No, the human form is only until you attack something.

Because it has entirely different abilities and because the human form is just a secondary shape (that doesn't change its mechanics) and will disappear once you attack something. It's basically just a little toy.

I wonder if you create the character human and the worgen version of it nin the character create menu

No, you create the character as a Worgen in the character creation menu. It is its own race. Idon't know if they will let you customize how your human looks but since that is a secondary characteristic, I doubt it. At this point, you were only allowed to customize your Worgen since that is your primary toon/race.

if you read the title of this video, you will read it was taken at blizzcon 2009, where they gave a preview and let ppl play worgen for 15 min (might have been 10 min) if you were willing to stand in line for it. i took this video of the screen with my camera while the staff was walking around.

The "original" worgen were brought into Azeroth by Arugal and Velinde Starsong. Arugal's worgen spread across Silverpine, and somehow the people of Gilneas were turned into worgen as well (my guess is the worgen have some kind of "curse" similar to a werewolf's bite).
I thought the Worgen couldn't get any more badass as a playable race; their transformation sequence proved me wrong.

during this preview, they started worgen off as lvl 6 because blizzard said they had some special surprises planned for lv 1-5 that they didnt' want us to see yet. i rolled a worgen hunter, which is why i have mana. whatever is is my bags at the time, i probably looted off of the mobs i killed in the starting zone.
