  • Just returned from this beautiful part of the world. I love this tune, heard it on the jukebox in Ernies Bar, whilst enjoying the sunset!

  • Yes and you are also known for a still existing Apartheit in your town : The blacks are still in Mashakane, the coloreds still live in the south-west near Blompark and Whites still live secluded in Gansbai ;)

  • @NaturalBornHedonist Very interesting. This is not just a South African thing though, go anywhere in the world and you will find groups of people sticking to the crowds they were raised among. However, if you approach any of these groups with an open mind especially in South Africa, you find yourself accepted warmly. If things have remained much like the days of apartheid, ALL people of Gansbaai have kept it that way. However any soul wishing to mingle, can no longer be restricted by law.

  • aai jinne man.hier groot geword.

  • My grand parents live in Gansbaai with a nice ocean view just visited last summer.

  • Hmmm shame there is no "Ocean View" in Mashakane, I heard ;)

  • @NaturalBornHedonist It really begs the question of what needs to be done. Politicians clearly do not have the solutions... never did!!

  • nice one. see you there in dec/jan :)

  • lol gansbaai rules. been there many times thanks for uploading these good times :) i miss how south africa looks but not how the government acts
