That aside, Amelle does miss a few notes ONLY in the first verse, but even when Keisha sang Mutya's parts live, she always missed a lot of notes because Mutya's voice was so much deeper than any other member's. Amelle can also sing deep and has greater range than Mutya (can sing quite a bit higher) but she can't reach the lowest part of Mutya's register. Mutya has a very special voice and wrote her part based on it, give Amelle some credit for pulling it off in the face of all that!

About the comments concerning Amelle's performance here, its clear that she was rather flat in some parts but as far as how she sang it, maybe she was just trying to change it up a bit and make it her own. As opposed to just copying Mutya and reinforcing the idea that she was a replacement member. She was putting her own artistic stamp on her verses. Don't get me wrong now or anything, I liked the way Mutya sang it, and once again, Amelle was flat on her verses, but she was just being creative.
