What I've understood so far is that the Wesker children was born normally, to above average intellect parents, and then kidnapped. And that the Progenitor Virus is the virus Wesker injects himself with at the end of Resident Evil 1, ultimately making him a superior human being, in terms of strenght, speed and, well everything. I could be wrong though.

He just gave a punch in a Uroboros container and Uroboros got over him... Let's hope Capcom shows a scene where Wesker emerges from the lava with the Uroboros being eliminated. After all if he's alive this is the most possible scene we can see. Hope it will happen... Come on do it like a Wesker Report 3

I already beat the game and read most of all the files, Wesker was not created, he was born as a normal human but being considered genetically superior and adopted by Umbrella without him realizing he was being indocrinated and after that seemingly living a normal life.
The virus that Birkin gave Wesker was what gave him his powers, but the main objective of the virus was to kill most of the candidates in order to have only the superior ones. Albert was the only one who survived
Maybe Wesker was Alexia's brother. Or even Birkin's. After all, these little geniuses who are all involved in this crap could easily be tied together now.
Dude, if it was the same thing over and over, the RE series would become generic. I think it's nice that it slowly transited from survival horror to action/horror. Wesker is dead, long live Wesker!

@Bibliomaniac15 That's what I discovered. Both Vader and Wesker killed their own bosses, but the difference is that the latter is still a villain while the former is redeemed.
