  • I need help with muy thai, specifically how to do a Windsor knot.

    Sorry, I couldn't help muyself. :P

  • That's friggn awesome.

  • You pushed through despite your calf cramping up. It looked like you wanted to stop but you didn't give up. To me that's not a fail. Good Job!

  • @panfryjoe thank you. Hopefully in a few weeks, I can finish the same drill with better form, better speed, and better power without calves cramping out and me wailing at the end lol.

  • Good job! You're giving your all.

  • @gabepizza thanks :)

  • how many sets did you do?

  • @RenegadeOfSociety for this one? Only 2 sets. This was after the thai pad drills...we went for 60 mins with just a little water break here and there. It was just very intense, esp when I couldn't pace myself. I guess maybe he's not telling me in advanced what I did. If I knew that it would go 2 sets for each leg, I wouldn't kick as hard and as fast on the first round lol. I guess that's how my conditioning can improve...I hope.

  • Your trainer sure knows how to push you beyond yourself! Awesome work - and not a failure at all! We can always get better but the only failure is not delivering your best at the time. Keep it up!

  • @rolandsc thank you :), appreciate your kind comments as always. I will do burpee with you again, I promise ;)

  • so glad i watched this vid...solid!!!

  • @nappyngs thank you :)

  • I watch your videos, and the way your trainer pushes you, and the way you push yourself is just incredible it shows great determination, even though you think you failed you still did an amazing job. Please keep posting videos i do enjoy following them. Maybe i will eventually begin to train harder for other sports, and just apply the same mentality thank you for the inspiration.

  • @aznstylz thank you!! I passed your comment to Kru Jasper and he will appreciate it. I hope you find your passion in the sport you choose :). When you love the sport and it's part of your lifestyle, I think the dedication & determination will follow. Best wishes.

  • @CuppaWorkout Thank you. that comment was for you and youre trainer, with a good trainer you still have to be devoted, and willing to put in the time you are truely a hard worker.

  • ow dear it seems very hard, and even though you think you failed i find this impressive and i'm scared of your kicking power

  • @henklip thank you. Hope I can do better next time, better cardio stamina :).

  • @CuppaWorkout you will just keep training and you'll be a great fighter!

  • @henklip thank you for your encouragement.
