If your thinking about going to afc this september or onwards dont think its the same as the video... I just finished my 6 weeks, You dont get your regimental beret or cap badge until week 26. For the first 6 weeks you have a green flash behind your afc cap badge and you dont get to wear your company rank slide, When i go back this sunday ill be wearing what they did in the video i.e No green flash and my burma rank slide, Dont get me wrong its sick!

@tyroneuva1 it is a basic training camp i've been through it and i still class it as the hardest time in my carreer and it is 42 weeks 5 weeks leadership training 12 weeks military and 25 weeks education obviously it's changed to 46 according to this video harrogate is a phase1 establishment

@lilartist10 i'm not 100% sure but probably not. At 19 you might as well join the regular army because you'd be doing the same training but at a higher level, but go on the army jobs website or go to a career office to find out exactly what you want to know =)

Hey guys i went to Harrogate about 5 years ago, and now i am a Paratrooper, i just came to look at the place now on youtube and alot and not so much has changed, all i can say for you guys from a fella who has been there and done that is dig in, and if you feel like you cant do it, give it a good try and dont stop untill you are certain i know ALOt of people who came out WAY to early who could of been great soldiers.

This is the exact same as army cadets :/ go out on night patrols learn regiment history e.g miss octivia hill and then wayyy to much drill lol. Its a good crack if u got mates there but i was on my own and had a hard time \:/

Air Core. But my recruiter told me its Harogate and the booklets tell me its Winchester. So im not sure which one. Im hoping for harrogate though, i live at the top of scotland so its a very big trip :L
