I think that's a 58 or 59 set. I don't remember if the 21 inch tube uses a very low voltage filament or not. If you have a CRT tester make sure to start it out at 2 volts and wait to see if the filament lights. Otherwise you'll might kill that near unobtanium CRT!
Also grab a sams photofact before you start restoring it. There are molded circuit packs for the vertical circuit that you'll need to create.
@bandersentv I am going to be talking to quite a few people about restoring this type of TV as I have never restored any philco predicta TVs. I know I can get it going after replacing all caps, resisters,etc. I am happy to know that there seems to be one can type electrolytic cap in the TV. I noticed the flyback is shedding its skin and was wondering if you have some ideas to used to re-seal the flyback? I know I will have some questions for you as well.
Any progress in this tv?
