I remember the first time I got into the room where snake was, I was totally lost since it did not go to a cutscene. Plus I kept on getting the weird messages from colonel. I ended up restarting the game back to my fight with vamp... Yea, I was pissed when I found out this was part of the storyline

she is real, but in this game, at least at this last part, she is just a programm or the patriots. Anything else doesnt make sense to me. At the end it turns out that the patriots used almost everyone there, so I guess the colonel and rose are just a programm to bring raiden there. But the thing is, do the real colonel and rose know about this, I think they do but how if they werent real?
