For all those people that think he isn't a great shutdown D'man. Look at what happened to us in the playoffs and regular season without Gill. If it wasn't for our high powered forwards the Pens wouldn't have made it out of the first round vs Ottawa.

who cares about Hal Gill, i don't think anyone knows who he is. Although i have to give it to him, he does get the job done and is a good shut down guy.
I saw a day in the life of hal gill on NHL network. He seems like a super nice guy and a family man. Good guy i got nothing against him.
