  • miese hose

  • even better and better!

  • Very personal phrasing. George is the man. Great.

  • "Hey this is George Lynch and i wore his spandex so u could se my incrediblly small penis :D!!"

  • George Lynch is GOD!

  • ok..... now where the hell would i be able to find tabs for this xD

  • Lynch is a monster killer guitarists, one of my top 3 favorites

  • In reference to nthelght comment-I love Lynch and have a tremendous respect for him, but comparing him to Yngwie is just silly! Yngwie is the greatest Metal guitarist of all time and not likely will anyone will ever do more for the Metal genre guitar world than he has. If you don't agree or believe me just ask George Lynch himself!

  • whenever i watch george, i want to go away, pick up my guitar and try to replicate what he does. to have that effect on people must be phenomenal !

  • Doug Aldrich and Reb Beach are also great to, and Joe Stump.

  • Yeah he sure has gotten even better, but Nuno can play to.

  • That rug really ties the room together LoL

Lynch rules, the guy doesn't have to prove anything to anybody in my opinion.

  • I love Lynch but he is not the greatest. Also, saw him as the guest guitarist on The Metal Show recently and I was disappointed in his playing.

  • This guy has got great melody...something you don't see often in shredder guitarist. Plus, that tone is awesome. Good for ya, George

  • that phaser has to go

  • He's pretty ripped.That's badass.

  • most creative guitarist

  • Anyone know why he tips his pickups down on the upper part of them?

  • they guy is a good man. He doesn't have to do this..STFU. listen.relax..try to play along or GTFO!..All these posts about someone else or his looks belong somewere else.

  • that is one Bad man!!!

  • simply badass!

  • The hell happened to his hair?

  • E S P

  • Amazing guitarist...

  • george lynch is buff, but can still shred the fretboard.

  • Compared to the stuff he was doing with Dokken, I thought this was pretty damn impressive...especially for a guy not classically trained. GL was the bomb in the 80s (even bought a few Dokken cassettes), but I grew out of his then sloppy, muddy, high gain playing (opting for the precision of the uber-trained jazz fusion greats). But, damn, GL has gotten a lot better! Just shows what pure talent can do (even without music school), if you don't get wasted every day for decades (EVH, etc)

  • dude i love george but i didnt like this solo, like at all /: hes still a boss though

  • gotta love the "ice cream ' scoop flame top, it go's well with the hot licks..

  • This is just fucking fantastic. Man, the guy has such great style and chops. Really mixing all kinds of technique into this free-styling solo. Flavor.

  • Think about it for a minute ... Yngwie, Eddie, Satch...how many can say they've progressed like this guy?! Listen to each of them today, they sound the same as 20 years ago. Lynch? Gone from great to the greatest. Simply put...he's a monster!

  • @nthelght amen bro

  • @nthelght Gilbert sir, Paul Gilbert... I'd say the same applies, but he's matured and improved a lot more

  • @nthelght I think they sound the same because they want to, they could change up their style if they wanted to. They may be in fear that their fans and profits would go down if they did, so they want to keep alive what they did 20 years ago. Ygnwie is known for arpeggio sweeping and speed picking, van halen is known for his technique. But I do agree with you that George is very innovative and progressed.

  • @nthelght Progressed?..ehhhh...Lynch sounded better and was WAY more musical with his playing in the Lynch Mob days imo. I agree that Yngwie and Satch sound pretty much the way they always have. Eddie's soloing progressed a ton during his time with Sammy...when he stopped hammering and tapping every solo. Lynch is very innovative but sometimes, especially when he is ripping it up by himself, it just doesn't sound very musical like it did back in the day. Of course he is almost 60 yrs old now.

  • @nthelght true that!! george is a monster - no question..

  • @nthelght ill take evh and satch over this copy cat any day of the week. George = overrated garbage!

  • @KitRamsey1 this sounds nothing like EVH and this guy has been around since the 1980. Its not like he is some new guy... listen to his song Mr. Scary. He is not garbage my any means.

  • @nthelght HE IS THE GREATEST BUT I DO NOT BELIEVE HE EVOLVE,TO ME NOW IT IS PURE NOISE. but no doubt HE is the best.I wish he can do more classic metal and rock not so many experimenting.

  • @nthelght This guy doesn't really do it for me. Listen to Guthrie Govan if you guys want to here an incredible shredder. BLows this guy out of the water. and Govan is a GREAT teacher as well.

  • @nthelght i think paul gilbert is the one besides lynch to have progressed a lot , he also progressed from amazing to even more amazing

  • @nthelght He lifts things and he puts them down again.

  • @nthelght I've gotten the chance to meet and jam with George twice. He has to be one of the most open-minded, innovative and HUMBLE people I've ever met. My personal opinion is that the main reason he has stayed around is he tries new things and looks for new bands and new sounds. George said, he has had albums end of being commercially unsuccessful, but ended up being musically innovative and fantastic looking back because he was wiling to take risks and not care about popular opinion.

  • @nthelght I learned the most important lesson ever from George: humility. In all the years I have played, I have met some real arrogant characters with the guitar. I like on George's original REH video how he openly spoke about his "guitar teacher" Mark Thompson. Having ego issues is nothing more than a road block to being creative and developing skills. I like how George shows is so open about needing to work on skills and brings up players that are have more developed techniques than him.

  • he's improved, through the years ... more than the crazy level he was with dokken :)

  • He's ripped

  • wow :O

  • He played the maple right off the neck!

  • @golfrick007 Actually I did. That is my guitar.

  • Funny I had never heard his voice before. I always liked his fast, loose playing style. Just a natural.

  • Crazy tone! yeah!!

  • george is the man

  • Awesome looking guitar..Nice Flame....If I had the money I would have ESP custom shop make me one...

  • 0:44 Nice Pool

  • @DopeDethrone Clearly a troll, and a bad one at that implying iaintevenmad.jpg, take your daddy issues over to your rap videos bro.

  • Comment removed

  • @DopeDethrone lol, 'princess.' Was just saying that why listen to someone 'shred' metal, when you don't like it? Then leave a comment that it's painful to listen to? I hate country music, but I wouldn't go to a country vid and leave a message saying that 'it's painful to listen to.' Even though I think it is, it's just dumb going to a vid of a style of music you don't like and leaving a negative comment. There is no point...cheers

  • @DopeDethrone yeah, but this is george lynch, not katy perry O.o

  • @DopeDethrone yeahhhh brooooo, lets all listen to wu tang clan....why even comment if you don't like it : /

  • @DopeDethrone Um, yea....listening to George shred is, uh, real painful to listen to...you are a fucking moron. Just saying.

  • anybody know what model ESP that is??

  • @owlsrfun47 It is a Prashant Aswani Custom.

  • Comment removed

  • @owlsrfun47 one that you buy and the profits go to cooperate pigs overseas. This is a custom made ESP.

  • @owlsrfun47 i believe it is some of the ones that he creates and designs himself but im not 100% positive

  • @owlsrfun47 It was Prbably Custom Made for George, Because I have looked for it for a Year and I know the One in his Old Lynch MobOverdubbing Vidios,They Have the same Color But Built Different. The one in all the Mob Overdubs was a GIFT TO LYNCH,from ESP Guitars,They are always giving him Good Stuff!

  • @owlsrfun47 GL asignature,Jonathan donais uses a same body guitar :)

  • @owlsrfun47 custom shop sapper

  • @owlsrfun47 aka 901 std

  • Just seen him on 2/3 in Poughkeepsie, NY -- he rocked the fucking house --from sound check to encore it was Lynch all up in your shit, sounding better than ever

  • Certain parts remind me of Steve Vai.

Love to see Lynch just get into what he does.

  • I've never heard about George when I lived in Poland. In '91 I came to Canada, Toronto Ontario. Not long after that I became a regular customer at Long & McQuade music store One day when I was there I heard this guitar tornado these incredible licks coming from the speakers My jaw dropped to the floor and I stood there frozen for quite a while It was Wicked Sensation album by Lynch Mob they also had his instructional VCR tape running I couldn't take my eyes off it I had to have it man Happy New.

  • So creative.

  • Woooah....what's up with the neck pickup? it's not level, what does this do to the sound?

  • @guitarmaster123445 It changes the output of the pickup, The way Geo has it its accenting the high strings and not the lows as much.

  • @cozmacozmy Aaaah icic, makes sence. Thanks man.

  • wait..let me pick my jaw up off the floor..so amazing as always

  • Lmao I hear some slander this dude and I know it sux that some stuff he has done has left me baffled and wanting to throw my guitar at the wall!...Lmao it seems he inspires some to be better or makes those who cannot grasp it hate him!....He Friggen Rocks!

  • The description for this video, "One of the most revered rock guitarists of all time," pretty much says it all... Hail to the LYNCHmaster!!!

  • I love how Lynch really get into His playing! You can just feel the soul coming out of Him! SOOOO GOOOOOD!

  • that was the sickest thing ive ever seen Lynch's style blows me away no matter how much i watch his stuff

  • @Ryccoon I heaar & Feel ya Racoon, I Love it all,My Style of Playing through the Years is a Mix between Lynch & Zakk Wylde,I Love them Both,Bu I have always Leaned more toward Lynch as far as Style. • yeah at first i didnt like i but then i realized by watching more of it that he has killer tone and i ended up liking it.

  • @edge299 That is my guitar and my amp set up. I am happy you liked the tone. I produced this video for Hal Leonard.

  • @PrashantAswani who is hal leonard?

  • @edge299 Hal Leonard is a music publishing company.

  • Any idea what George is playing through in this vid? Is he playing through a Lynchbox? And/or is he using his Zoom G2G pedal at all? Just curious.

  • He is using a Musicman HD130 head. Made in 1973 with an Ibanez TS-808 and a Robert Keeley TS-9.

  • @PrashantAswani hey man you play in a greg howe record...i remember and so i do a research some years ago and found your music...pretty unice...you haver flavour in your touch...

  • sick

  • I love the way his neck looks from not maintaining it...AWESOME!!!

  • @paraglidermx Tell more!...i was thinking that neck looks like ti was played from 100 other players...i was talking to a Sculpture teacher many years ago that told me there are chemicals you could add to make it look more aged!

  • Thanks for reposting this series. I know "they" took it down last time.

  • Lynch still getting it done, he has always been my favorite guitarist also, i wish he was still doing something like Lynch Mob still

  • Dude, Souls of We is just as good as Lynch Mob.

  • Lynch is getting it done, no doubt. Lynch Mob, new album, is in production. It should be out soon. He's one of the best rock players ever.

  • LYNCH rules hes my favorite guitarist
