Incredible 2nd phase!!! That is the reason you're jumping 50 feet. I did triple jump last week for the first time ever in my life and I jumped 38'10" and got 3rd. I've been watching videos trying to help me with my jumping and this is a great video to watch. God bless man

its kick out method, the only flaw is that his arm comes backwards, it actually adds to your jump buddy, perfect landing
