I really don't care what people say about the police. But everyone should respect them. Yes just like the rest of us they can not be perfect. And yes the law/police make mistakes. Yes I feel bad for those wrongly convicted. But I could not live in a world without police. When my car was stolen I called them and even though everything was stripped they still found the car. So thank you to the police, nurses, CYFS, and teachers.
The appellant,Abdul Shaheed, was found guilty by a jury in the High Court at Auckland on countsof sexual violation by rape and abduction with intent to have sexual intercourse witha girl under 16 years. The complainant was a 14 year old schoolgirl who was on herway to school when she was forcibly seized by Mr Shaheed and put into the backseat of his car. He subsequently took her against her will to a house where thesexual offending took place.
