Hey landgabriel does a neutered or spayed animal constitute as mutilated? If so my dog is totally ff'ed up! His ears are clipped, tail docked, and he's neutered! And he hates liberals!

I've never seen something similar before. I've seen some really impressive shit in parkour videos, even dogs doing parkour, but not peolpe doing parkour simultaneously with their dog. Btw what's the name of the song? Thanks.
