I was SO in this tonadoo! My house was cool but like ALL my friends' houses got distroyed.. I was in 3rd grade at the time and it was the last day at our school. I distinctly remember hearing sounds that sounded like trainss. We walked back from the lake because it started to rain and we got back just in time back to the school to eat lunchh. 5 minutes before the tornado hit.

The jeep at 3:33 is my dad's. They had 3 vehicles, this being the 3rd. The others were a minivan and a Harley. The Harley was the only vehicle with full coverage since it was a LE collector's. It was the only vehicle that was in the garage and suffered no damage at all. The 2 minimally insured vehicles were a total loss. Go figure!

just a lil info the Fegita scal has been updated and changed to to the fact the tornados are more damaging then they where in the past now it gos from EF1 - EF5 an EF1 causes as much damage as an F1-F2 this tornado was rated at EF3 almost EF4 just a lil info

Alright listen, for all you people that live in Ontario, (I live in Waterloo) the worst tornadoes we get here are about F0's, F1's, F2's, F3's and look at what happens in tornado alley and America. Feel bad for people that live in USA.

2 Things: An F3 is a strong tornado, capable of destroying large portions of a well constructed homes. Ontario has also had some F4 tornadoes but those are less than 1% pf tornadoes anyway. Canada's only ever F5 was in Manitoba.

i live in windsor i go to mountain view elementary and we were suppose 2 be in the windsor park when this happened but luckily it started raining and we got back 2 the school 5 minutes before the tornado hit! it took 6 months to fix our house! it was so so sad! it was scary and i cry every time i think about it! thanks for reading! :)

I was at school when all this happend it was sooo scary my mom works in Longmont and my dad wolud not come pick me and my sister up until my mom called him and told him to. I was so scared I almost cryed and it messed people up bad. Everyone was scared it would happen again I will always reamber this day. I will pass on the story forever. It is to late now to come see damge everything is all blue trap now. The pool just opend last month. That pic of the grage missing I pass by every day! Scary

i live in windsor and the one thing that really pissed me off is that we had no warning or anything i was at my friends house at lunch during our lunch break at skewl on the last day of skewl and we were heading back and the hail was at golf ball size then and we just turned around and stayed at his house and had no clue what was happening they shut off the power and we knew it was a good idea to go down stairs when we saw hail comming toward the house sideways

there was a tornado warning for Weld county and the siren went off but some people dident pay attechen beacuse the siren is used for fires but of that day they used it beacuse of the torando warning

we get our share of tornado's here but this is the first 1 this close to were i live and to ctwatcher it is unfortunate about katrina my girlfriends family went ther to build a habitat house and she said even then (wich was months after the storm ) it looked as bad as windsor did but it was everyware .i dont believe in man made weather destroying ppls lives but it was amazing the speed of wich the help came i agree. eather way these are unfortunate times for those who lose the homes to weather .

Katrina victims had to wait days for help but here it wasn't even an hour for help to arrive? What makes us better than those in Katrina? Absolutely nothing. So why was the National Guard, FEMA and HS here so fast? Did they know it was coming before the people knew because they might have created it or helped to create and direct it?Willwe everknow?
