The audio needs some work. Even a little bit of compression would go a long way.

I don't even understand why there is a debate like this. Both SQL and no-SQL data stores have their own use, usually mutually exclusive. Try to run any log analysis on large datasets in SQL. Try to run transactional services on no-SQL data store.
