@the4evervamp press LB in xbox if they ignore you they have a guy on board after you whistle get near them and hold Y

Anyway, u hit the action button while on foot to whistle :)

@gtarno Just sit on the bike and give him a couple of seconds without hitting any key. He will automatically get a random helmet on.
