i shot my spyder yesterday for the first time. i got it for free because i helped out my bro move out. i shot up a cardboard box, 2 or 3 hoppers worth of paintballs and i had a blast i could not stop laughing. my point is, you should be happy with you got. "oh spyders are crap ions are better, egos this that.. invert minis can...WHATEVER". quit cryin, grab your gun and go shoot some shit. dont worry about what gear some dickhead has, shooting these guns is fun period. paintball kick ass!!!!

Is this like the semi auto sonix with the added e trigger? That's what I did for mine and it the gun itself doesn't respond fast enough for to the e trigger. Got no clue what is causing the issue other then not enough co2 (which is what I an using) that it needs per shot.

@eddielightzz i dont recommend you upgrade it because first of all its very difficult to upgrade spyderd because of the way they are built. Also i think the money you put towards upgrading should be spend on getting a Azodin Kaos, its an amazing gun for $90.

@BDS5543 It has no firing modes. The one in the video is highly modifyed. The 2009 is not electric and shoots in one mode semi auto.

I would probably get a Dangerous Power G3: $300(but you have to buy N2 tank and motorized hopper), Proto SLG:$200(same as above), or the new vibe from smart parts...beginner gun atomosphere low price and easy to handle and maintain... but milsim looks...BT Delta Elite is $350 for every thing you need...(rip clip, hopper, and tank), or an A-5 wit response...reliable and capable of decent fire rates...

do not get the victor it will give you night mares get the wgp autococker trilogy it is a good beginner gun. but be sure to get a electric hopper just in case you shoot really fast so you won't chop paint and get a HPA tank too!!!!!

it's your opinion. they're the same gun, just the regular 09 sonix has less upgrades. you can get a rt frame for around $70 and put it on yourself if you want
