KEVIN AND KEITH speak more about arginin as preworkout supplement, or... Whey protein 20 gr as a preworkout. Even Creatin can be used as pre workout, but better the ethylesther creatin from Scitech CE EXTREME with the golden label. This creatin does not held water in the body like monohydrate creatin.
