I don't know the singer or musicians in this video, but the name of the song is "Bailala Hasta Las Dos." It's been performed as a plena by Marcial Reyes. This song was also a pretty big hit for the Tito Rodriguez, who performed it as mambo. it was also recorded by the Puerto Rican super-group Batacumbele as songo in the 1980's. I don't know who the composer is, or who was the very first to perform the song, but the 3 versions I've mentioned here all represent the best of Puerto Rican music.
