the olds Jews, the Parisetsies, Frigatsies, Ions dont exist but we exist, u turkic people came in the 14th century and wanna talk bout antiquities, bout lies that we came in the Caucasus in the 19th century,... for us ur just kopekler that wanna disturb us n tell lies to the world, like jews lobbyst when they say there was 5, 6 million dead just to create pity from the other nations, but in reality there was 1,5 million dead... while the Armenian genocide there was 6 million dead
u will lose your oil cause u will perish in it;;; now you have more and more weapons, what a dumb shit u try to fear us right?? but why our people should fear turks??? God sees evrything n know evrything, we are free in our minds and hearts not like u... we will defend till the end... look the Persic (Partev), Yedesatsis, Shumeris, Akadatsis, Assyrians in Babylona and other nations don exist now but we exist and we're older than all of these nations, 5000years ago we were sewing clothes
it's your stupid propaganda, we don rape wife and children and old people like u did to us... Armenian bandits??? march 17??? don't invent things... don't try to defend u got evrything to lose n u know you're wrong, admit it if you and your people are real men... now u all just do propaganda ... ur Allah will punish u u hear me
insanhaqlari, the Great Armenia existed don't deny it, it was with the Western Armenia and other territories, u know it very well, then there wasnt ethnic cleansings in late 80 and early 90s, u did ethnic cleansing in those dates, remember in Sumgait, Baku... we Armenians never do ethnic cleansings, we're not like you, when we liberated Shushi in 92, we let turks get out of the town so don't come n tell stupidities. Khojali genocide my ass, evryone of u say the same things but it's false
90 years have passed since the massacre of Azerbaijani Turks in Urmiya (Southern Azerbaijan, Iran). In particular, the following: «Armenian bandits killed 10,000 innocent Azeris on March 17, 1918 before the very eyes of the U.S. Consul Shed, Russian Consul Nikitin, as well as missionaries from France, England and other countries.»
Those tragic events were described in details in the book «Urmiya - Territory of Zarathustra, The Prophet,» a book by Ali Dehgani, the eyewitness of those bloody events, who later headed the Department on Creation of Southern Azerbaijan.
Rich information on the Urmiya genocide could also be found in the book by Mohammed Tamaddun «The History of Urmia.» The events in Urmiya once again proved that the massacre of Azerbaijani Turks had a planned character, since Azeris were also slaughtered in Northern Azerbaijan (present day Republic of Azerbaijan) with the help of Bolsheviks under the pretence of combating counter-revolution.
Tens of thousand of Azeris were killed in Baku, Shamakhi, Guba and other regions of Azerbaijan within a few days. The essence and methods of Armenian racist group, which has long been maturing the crazy idea of the so-called «Great Armenia,» hasn't changed at the end of XX century. Nationalist Armenians conducted ethnic cleansings in late 1980s and early 1990s on the territory of present day Armenia and neighbouring regions. The climax of this policy was the Khojali genocide in February 1992.
as far as me calling the reporter diseased liberal, I understand it may sound a bit extreme to the ears of some, but I have my reasons to think that about him. "who are we to judge something that happened 95 years ago?" on that same token we could change the number 95 to 65 and say the same about the Holocaust. but these things did happen, and THERE ARE facts to support that. just read them before deciding to "liberally" look the other way and decide to stay neutral
Also, if the Turkish government was so normal and human, and the practical disappearance of the Armenian population of Anatolia was an "unfortunate, horrific, tragic event" as they put it, then how come they have put so much effort into wiping out every reminder of Armenian existence from those territories? What else, but hatred inspires a government to take extraordinary steps to make sure its new generations grow up without any such reminders? please, think of this, before judging
However, the genocide carried on through as far as 1923 as the Turkish government kept cleansing the land of the last remaining Armenians who either had been able to survive the mass killings of 1914-1916 or had returned home after having escaped the first wave of the deportations and killings (those in Kilikia - modern day Mediterranean regions of Zeitun, Adana, Marash, Sis, Haj@n, etc.). Again, yes, I am Armenian and I do have emotional involvement in the issue, but it is a historical one.
just study the facts deeper and it will be clear what it was. the fact is that the term genocide was brought to life by Dr Lampkin because of his conclusion that "the events of 1915" were in fact descriptive of the term. And those, who still say "the events of 1915" show total lack of history knowledge or at least half-heartedly studied history. the deportations and killings started in 1914 and went on actively through 1916.
For the record, I am Armenian, but before calling me nationalist you should perhaps study the facts deeper. I can say that this video does not go in depth of presenting the attrocities committed by the Young Turks or all the documents that do, indeed, speak of the planned nature of the carried out mass murders and deportations. there may be some who don't take dissent well among us, but it's ignorant to say that's how Armenians are. the Armenian Genocide is not just an emotional issue.
I thought the movie was humane, considerate, peaceful, and progressive. I do not understand the racist vitriol from mardamek 1 below. He must be an Armenian. Armenians do not seem to take dissent well. Anyone who disagrees with them is dirt. Armenian need to understand that there is a limite to deceiving the public.
the commentator in this video reminds me of an Obama knock-off - a pure diseased liberal, pretenting to be all-understanding and ever-considerate, yet full of shit and lacking guts. it is because of cold, lifeless scum like this that has kept the recognition of the Armenian genocide on hold for all these years.
If someone disagree with Armenian extreme nationalism, s/he is cursed by Armenians. Perhaps, this society is so poisoned by hatred and nationalism, that this phenomenon should be studied and treated.
You will find objective people in Turkey, but none ine Armenia, They have all been killed. (Armenia has 99.99% Ethnic homogenity, BRAVO! You've created a pure race in your little kingdom!)
@mok2000 and u created a lie state in Caucasus, why no create ur state in Altai mountains or in Mongolia??? The Armenians exist in this Highlands 4 centuries, and do u remember of real azeri denomination is TATAR NOTTTT AZERI.
Who are the politicians to label it a Genocide ? Who is the judge to convict me of a murder ? Why would someone go to jail committing a crime done 30 years ago ?
The Communist regime was not ruthless, what really ruthless is the hypocrisy of UK that is rightfully considered the father of international colonialism. Shame on UK for not recognizing the fist genocide of the 20th Century: the Armenian Genocide.
