It's kinda ironic that Nelacar the one person at the wedding who not only wasn't attacking you but was actually trying to help you ending up being the last person you were left fighting and probably the only unkillable person at the wedding so if you didnt attack him you could have had an unkillable person helping you kill the guards and such.

I married Marcurio but we went to a mission (the one of the crimson nirnroot) and suddenly 2 frost trolls and 4 falmers attacked us... killed the falmers and the frost trolls, jump into the lake, got the hell out and then... no sign of Marcurio, I fast traveled to deliver the Runed Lexicon and again... no sign of him...
