  • I need the score!!!!

    is difficult??

Is beautyful (sorry fot my english u_u)

  • wow that is amazing

ive een playing for about 3 years now and i am going to start working on that piece

    it sounds GREAT!

  • thats good!

  • In the first cadenza give it more space and let it be free. Sounds good though! sometimes, like at the beginning watch out for intonation. I have to perform this soon It's scary!

  • great tone,

its a little fast some areas, its supposed to flow, u sped up alot in the cadenza.

  • There are some long phrases you pulled off there excellently. I'm duly impressed with your stamina. The longest phrase I can pull off right now is about 13 seconds, and then I collapse to the floor and my eyeballs pop out and go wondering off like scurrying mice.

Oboe has got to be the hardest instrument on earth to play; requiring massive diaphragm strength, complex articulations and register transitions, and lips of steel!

    Great work!

  • Hi!

Thanks for the comments. Esspecialy the one about the emphasis on the beat is true. It's one of my weak points. I'm trying to work on it.

I think the tempo in the seconde theme can be more fast. But for the timebeing I played it slower, because otherwise I wasn't able to play the fast notes to E iii.

Thanks for the notion of the misprints.. This edition sucks.. That's clear.. ;-)

  • That's very impressive for only one week on that piece. I felt like, in general, you put too much emphasis on each beat. Try to concentrate on the larger phrases and make sure they come through, especially at the beginning. I feel like it should sound more floaty. You could also use a lot more rubato in the cadenza at the beginning-the sextuplet section. By the way, the last note in the first triplet thing after all the sixteenth notes on the second page should be a B, not an A. It's a misprint.

  • There are a lot of misprints in this piece, actually. The trill two measures before A should be f sharp to g natural, not f sharp to g sharp. The first grace not in the measure before A should be an f sharp instead of a g. The second note in the measure before C should be an a instead of a g. The first grace not in the measure before K should be an f sharp instead of a g sharp, and there should be another set of grace notes, a and b, after the last trill in that measure.

  • Be careful about the tempo!
