  • Perfect day for Mr. Romance. I think he should replace Cupid.

  • Just imagine. Night, you went out with your gal, ate some fantastic dinner. than they start playing this song and you dance on a pier to this piece, "it's getting colder", she said, you offer her your jacket, than tooka walk on the beach, listening to the waves and finally the kiss....

fuck the shitty " going drunk to a night, fuck a random girl and never call her".

    i'm a romantic!

  • this reminds me of my grandparents they loved eachothr very much god bless them in heaven

  • Non-medical stunning voice Frank sinatra

  • Anybody heard of Patrizio Buanne? Not saying he's like Sinatra (there will never be another) but he's like "today's Sinatra"... and he sings in Italian too.. ;-) check him out

  • there's sadly only just one FRANK but the GOOD thing is his voice will stay for ever to the last of man kind

  • lol am i the only person here that listens to metal and likes frank sinatra songs better? :P

  • @victor222444 no you're not the only one here that loves both metal and Sinatra!^^ BTW you should listen to the tribute album dedicated to sinatra by some very famous metal bands. Quite funny, never as good as the original but funny!

  • @Sorgenwald yea i already did

  • @victor222444 Nope, i like metal too. Trash and symphonic.

  • @victor222444 Why r u wondering? Sounds of music is a "is a Many-Splendored Thing", mysterious and magical, just like our complex personalities..Have fun and support your real choices in any case, unless they dont harm others.

  • @victor222444 beeing a fool playing "Run to the Hills" at dates when you like her to stay. That's bad taste number one. So that's for sure, you need Sinatra in life too. :)

  • @CarsonsClub ha :D

  • very goood !!!!

  • Oww,my God,have something better,romance in the air!

  • Lady what?

  • Un bellissimo brano di Glen Miller interpretato

da una grandissima stella della musica : Frank Sinatra.

    -)))

  • You don't get romancing like this anymore..... i was born in the wrong era!!

  • i like lady gaga and frank sinatra. haters gonna hate, taters gonna tate.

  • So don't let me wait.

Come to me tenderly in the June night.

    I stand at your gate

And I sing you a song in the moonlight.

A love song, my darling, a moonlight serenade

  • I stand at your gate. And the song that I sing is of moonlight. I stand and I wait For the touch of your hand in the June night. The roses are sighing a moonlight serenade. The stars are aglow. And tonight how their light sets me dreaming. My love, do you know That your eyes are like stars brightly beaming? I bring you, and I sing you a moonlight serenade. Let us stray 'til break of day In love's valley of dreams. Just you and I, a summer sky, A heavenly breeze, kissin' the trees.
  • Good stuff, mellow, moving, describes how if feels to really love someone . . . Thanks, Frank.

  • Amazing

  • I am VERY glad to hear that youngsters are finding their way to Sinatra!! With all the crap they're fed on radio it's refreshing!!

  • Frank Sinatra maravilhoso, inigualável e único, eu não sabia que existia essa música c/ tua voz de veludo. Parabéns a pessoa linda que postou essa música.

  • Has anyone listened to Seth McFarlenes new CD "Music is Better Than Words"?

  • I would love for someone to serenade me this song ;-)

  • I grew up qit these sons and there is none like Frank Sinatra and I could just listen to this over and over. THis is a very clear recording and almost sounds like he is right here.

  • This song, and Stardust, are breathtaking: Perhaps the most beautiful songs I've ever heard. Just wonderful. Listen to the lyrics of both songs and how this singer delivers them.

  • How did I not know about this guy sooner!? I mean really!! He is brilliant!!

  • Go ahead and post kids! I started listening to Frank when I was a kid. My parents didn't like him. Years later I listened to Sid Mark's radio show and learned a lot of his songs. But I don't like him much after the early 1980s. Frank himself said, 'If I'd been a pitcher they would have taken me out after 6 and a third innings.' Depends. Joe Girardi maybe sooner! Joe kinda looks like young Frank.

  • I'm with you kid!

  • I think it's wonderful that you are making the choice of listening to these people and their timeless music that I grew up with. I wish my daughters could be as selective as you, but I am encouraged that this music will continue to inspire others based upon your comment

  • NOBODY GIVES A SHIT IF YOU ARE A TEENAGER AND LISTEN TO THIS

  • @Rafael757 And pretty much nobody gives a toss if you don't like kids posting on this or any other board to express how the music makes them feel. The only reason they mention their ages usually is to show that, contrary to the received opinion that kids only listen to what they're fed, they search out other genres and form their tastes for themselves-- AS THEY SHOULD DO! Who's got a gun to your head making you read the comments, anyhow?

  • @therealjoebloggs Bravo!!! I'm glad somebody said it!

  • @Rafael757 I do. I am someone. Bite me.

  • yeah, we get it, you're all between 12 and 18 and love the classic rat pack stuff. maybe all the teens in here should cut back a little on complimenting themselves on their superior taste of music, and just enjoy the song. bragging with your age is not very impressive, you know...

  • @LadyLuzaibach Jesus christ you are amazing I never comment on a video like this about how I enjoy the music even though im 15 its like why do I have to feel special for liking it and being young

  • A new favourite from Sinatra again! :)

  • Ah, the songs of present day can never have such magic, such romance!

  • the only reason i like gettin a sore throat is so that i can have a sexy baritone like sinatra! <3 he is truly EPIC!

  • When I hear this song I really have to just stop and listen.

  • I wonder if we'll ever go back to producing amazing songs like these, or if music is truly doomed... i feel sorry for future generations coz it just seems to be getting worse.

  • Only a nation with class + soul could have produced this musical magic.

Regrettably, America has turned herself into a cultural cesspool.

  • Glen Miller is great and so is Frank Sinatra. I knew the Moonlight Serenade, but I didn't know there were words to the tune. It's lovely!

  • Pure work of art...

  • toujours aussi merveilleux, il fait rêver !!!!

  • Frank Sinatra Must be one of the Wonders of the world! I salute to the one and only Sinatra.

  • I feel bad for people that have to blame other artists just to enlighten the talent of another one. :( Music is good in every undertone. You should know (and accept) this.

...and why does everyone need to say their age? It doesn't give a better impression of you... listening to good music is always good, even if you're 80.

  • @LaylaIchinose because its surprising how most people in our generation hate this music.

  • Like anybody gives a diddly about how old you are x] Its like Hey im a teen and feel special for listening to this. Ugh... attention needy people =X

  • This song is utter brillance.

  • Frank Sinatra will always be a classic!!

  • I have 16 years, but I like Sinatra since he was 10, I think my generation should learn from the good music

  • I just put Frank Sinatra and Van Morrison in the search box, but nothing came up. They would have been awesome together. Does anyone know if they ever performed together?

  • @michelplatinileroi

    Es Genial el video...!!!

  • This is very nice, but if I had to listen to a version of Moonlight Serenade that is absolutely beautiful, I would listen to Barry Manilow's version. Give it a try. But, I without a doubt, I love Frank Sinatra music.

  • This is very nice, but if I had to listen to a version of Moonlight Serenade that is absolutely beautiful, I would listen to Barry Manilow's version. Give it a try.

  • he is obviously amazing, we don't need people leaving hundreds of accolades to understand that.

and this song is so beautiful, can easily evoke tears.

  • Why Is Every Frank Sinatra Song I Look At On Youtube Have A Negative Comment About GaGa?Watch The Live Performances The Serious Ones.Like Really Her Voice Is Actually Way Better Then What You Hear On The Radio She Is Just Using It The Wrong Way.

  • Jazz is a power to rekax and heal people, it can set you in your own World.

Pop is a power of evil that brings deafness to people.

  • I'm 17 and Frank Sinatra is pretty much my favorite. I feel sorry for all the naive people my age that can't appreciate incredible music like this and prefer mainstream crap like lady gaga.

  • @silverskittles50 agreed 100%

  • @silverskittles50 im 17 too and i feel you sinatra is the shit, i sang fly me to the moon for a talent show and it got me a perfect score. he is there ever was hanmds down

  • @silverskittles50 I'm 21 and I totally agree with you!!

  • @silverskittles50 im 15 and same for me man

  • @Glassy967 i'm a girl, but yay i'm glad guys appreciate him too! :)

  • @silverskittles50 thank you finally someone else realizes this!

  • @trainpeeps haha yes! :)

  • @silverskittles50 i'm also 17 :) he is too my favorite. i'm indeed also sick of mainstream media. but also most underground media. why? cuz everything is so un original and un classy. Sinatra will live forever in souls of people who appreciate true class and art.

  • @oxhpagor2 yes, exactly. everything these days is auto-tuned or edited & reworked a million time in the studio so that it's "radio friendly." i'm sorry, but since when is radio-friendly the same thing as sounding fake? i wish classics like this were still recognized among the music scene today. it is sometimes, but it's very rare.

  • @silverskittles50 i completely agree. :)

  • @silverskittles50

same here, i'm 14 and love it

  • @HerrBauer96 so happy to hear that!

  • @silverskittles50

same here, i'm 14 and love it

  • @HerrBauer96

    I'm 14 too and i love it too :D

  • @silverskittles50 here here brother!!

  • @hvroy666 haha thanks but technically i would be a sister since i'm a girl!

  • @silverskittles50

You're 17 and listen to Sinatra? What, do you want a medal or something?

  • @travosaga get the fuck outta here with your sarcasm dude. no i don't want a fucking medal, but i'm trying to get more people in the younger generation to listen to good music. be honest, how many kids in highschool do you know that listen to this stuff? probably not too many. not saying i'm special but pointing something out about age & trying to get people my age be more open-minded is not a bad thing.

  • @silverskittles50 i think the same way. im sure the world would be a better place if people listened to this instead of all the other crap thats out there today. dont get me wrong, i love some of it.. but only like underground old school screamo stuff and whatnot.

and i know maybe.. 2? other people in my high school that listen to this. i love the old stuff

  • @silverskittles50 I'm 18 and I feel the same way. Sinatra and The Beatles are my all time favorites.

  • THE KING!!

  • isnt it strange how im 14 yet, it still lifts mt heart and makes my sarrow go away when ever i hear his songs

  • This haunting song, with music by Glenn Miller and later lyrics by Mitchell Parish, probably has its most famous reprise with Frank Sinatra's version released in 1965. Love Sinatra's voice and his ability to interpret the lyrics in a living way. As with most Sinatra lovers, I sing his songs privately, and loath those who try to imitate his style. He is truly a once in a lifetime experience.

  • Amazing!

  • Relaxe..

  • great version of this glen miller classic.wish i could get hold of a live version of this song by frank

  • Thank you Frank for all the beautiful music you have left us.

Love you, rest in peace. A Jersey Gal xoxo

  • my pap lost a battle with cancer. we played this song at his funeral. i still cry every time i hear it

  • It's been 13 years since ol' blue eyes have left us for the big casino in the sky. Frank Sinatra's music still lives in our hearts as well as in our lives. I love his version of the old Glenn Miller classic Moonlight Serenade. Great tune from dear old Frankie.

  • Definetly different from the album version. Good, but definetly not the take. The Master knew as always.

  • Frank Sinatra-The Voice!

  • Frankie is the man!

  • This is a different take from the one on the album, love to hear these!
