Yeah this isn't clamp. The only thing that makes it close to clamp is that the character designs were done by the same person who did the character designs for the Magic Knight Rayearth anime, not meaning manga which was done by Clamp. Other than that, this anime is not from Clamp.

Clamp is who did the art for this show, and this was like their first time at it too, so they actually did a pretty good job. Just Tiara's body is just too skinny, and it makes me jealous. >.<
