I think it has to do with the way in which basically the entire continent of Africa is hurting, and in serious trouble.  Yet we in the West do nothing to help, and just continue to watch them wither away in front of our eyes. The guy in the video withers away, piece by piece, until the end, when he is finally destroyed for good.
