Nice Job :) I just did 405lbs squat x 12 reps after doing 315lbs x 12 reps and 225lbs x 12 reps. I'm 260lbs and all natural. To all the skinny nerds - try professing form to pro bodybuilders that have limited range of motion in their legs/arms? you'll get slapped. Intensity gives u size, not form.
i dont wanna sound to harsh mate but they aint even half reps there more like quarter reps.i can get 2 plates a side which is 100 kg think its around 225 pound and i can do 20 reps ass to floor.i fancy i could do what you just did with 4 plates a side and i weigh 150 pound and have 8 percent body fat.
these are good squats n there called quater squats they wont build much thigh mass , but it'll make you much stronger, so you can use heavier weights on your other heavy leg work - which will result in bigger and more muscular legs.
There was a guy in gym about 3 years ago who always made noise with weights and yelling. One day he was benching and bouncing weights off chest,one 45 fell off of one side and weight slammed to his side causing him injury to his shoulder and ribs.He now uses clamps and is quiet.

prallel is when the crease of your hip and top of your knee is parallel to the floor. So if ur thigh is at a angle to the groun rather than parallel to the ground then you are not parallel. He would need to get down another few inches 3-5 to get his upper leg parallel to the floor like it would be when squatting correctly.

your ROM was about a foot, you had 405 on your back for just over a minute while being in the ROM or movement of the squat for about half that time, but you never got low enought for the benefit of a damn good squat, just play around with the weight and your form, who cares if you lose some of the weight on the bar for a while, and watch your strength and power grow, remember to get low youll need more flexibility, but get low!!! now, right now, I SAID GET LOW

I could have been lower, but I always train hams and quads seperate. The lower I go the more hams I hit and I don't want that. It may have knocked a few reps off if I went lower.
give him benefit of doubt third squats, try feet a foot wider, toes slightly out, bar down back maybe an inch or two so its resting on back of shoulders not on top, so hunch over a little. going to have to start doing front squats though to even out, and squat deeper, still a good show of some strength
or not, hes doing power squats, u have ur feet close together when u do them, he was almost parrallel every time, so u both need to get off his ass, dont give him advise when hes reping 405 like its bitch weight
Not even hitting parallel man. Try deloading down to 315 and doing 20 full reps below parallel.
