all wrong xD during the whole game there's various decicions to take, for each good choice there's an scene and for each evil choice there's another one depending on your decision diferent scenes appear forming the ending, with the convinations there is we could say there's hundreds of endings for this game

It's a common villager. During this ending (which you get at 0% corruption, Gnarl says "Evil became a part of everyday life!"

Well, Gnarl is Gnarl. He sees everything the overlord does as evil, so even good things are evil.

Besides, i think this guy IS the overlord. You can see your armour in the reflection.
