Does anyone know how to get the coconuts? I know all the fruits you can have are: Apples, pears, peaches, Cherries, Oranges and also Coconuts But the only way I know how to get them is buy going to the island but I dont have a GBA thing so I cant do it. So is there another way??

@sonicxisforever: Yes. All fruit (including coconuts) can be traded, so just trade someone for a coconut. Just remember to plant it in the southernmost row of acres.

@sonicxisforever they also just wash up on the shore. i just bought a new cartridge and one washed up onto the shore within the first two days. also, to get different fruits without trading you can send your neighbors letters with your towns native fruit as a gift and sometimes they send back foreign fruit. Tangy sent me a peach this morning and my fruit is cherries!

sweetychel: Bury a shovel in the daily glowing spot. A golden sapling appears. If it fully matures, you'll end up with a permanent golden tree (it will also give you a golden shovel).

/did you know that if you get stung multpile times in one game before save and quit your face will NOT get worse past the second sting/I should know I got stung three times in one tree shaking trip

Here's another hint: It's not a big deal if you're stung by bees. If you want your face normal again, just Save and Quit, then go back as your char.

Here's a hint, bees cant make sharp turns, but your character can! Use sharp turns to throw the bees off, but if the turn is too sharp, they'll get closer to you!

powersavesnorway2: The animals will occasionally give you a piece of foreign fruit. (Or your "mom" may send you one). You have to plant it to grow additional fruit, which you can then re-plant for even more trees. Of course, you can also trade fruit with other players as well, but that's not what I did.

higgins9911: It's a golden shovel tree. Bury a regular shovel in the daily glowing spot. If you're lucky and it's a good spot, a golden tree will grow. Once it's fully grown, shake it and a golden shovel will fall out.

I like all the customization you can do in the DS version. Hairstyles and hats. I hope they keep increasing those options. But I also hope they have more personality types for the animals. More than the jock, the snob, the gruff one, etc.
