  • Hi Mohammad,

For some reason when I right click on a folder and "Git Bash Here" the path that I start with is always at my root which looks like:

    user@USERNAME ~

    when it should look like:

    user@USERNAME ~/Desktop/Projects/app

Do you know why this is happening and how to correct it?

Are you running cygwin to run your console commands ? Or are we just seeing msysgit's console?

  • @chrisjlee84 I am just running msysgit console! I am glad you liked the video. For more videos and articles please visit HighOnCoding.

  • @DJ1Salah1DJ Make sure you are copy pasting the correct key in the git repository. If possible create a new key and then carefully copy paste. Make sure there are no spaces and return characters (line feed) at the end.

  • Great tutorial, thank you!:)
