  • I am honestly ashamed of myself for not hearing this song until now

  • @daskillingmoon yo sholud listen the entire album...amazing and welcome

  • thumps up if you knew this song before the canadian movie incendies

  • This is brilliant

  • If you read about Radiohead, they actually said this "whatever you scene maybe, we're not part of it". They clearly stated from the beginning that they didn't want to be compared, they really made music because they like it. So stop with the Coldplaye/Muse bullshit alright

  • I always listen to this when i'm depressed.. it helps a lot

  • Beethoven, Mozart and Bach would be delighted to listen this

  • blu

  • i cant stop crying when i listen this song

  • @santiagocarp14 it's a sad song no doubt, but the lyrics actually point to something else, some kind of adventure. it's actually uplifting to me, specially at the end

  • @santiagocarp14 you clearly have some kind of mental deficiency my friend, i love this song but it is just a song and as a real man i can listen to it without being a big girl and crying over it

  • I am Beowulf.

  • Type "repeat" after youtube in the URL. You'll thank me.

  • Neville Longbottom.

  • @je1suis1julz yes....right....

  • Thing song makes me feel like a narcotic with drugs in his tissues. It makes me euphoric. I can't express the feeling i get...

  • its *whose.......not who is

  • @cillianc09 ... Graham(mar) cracker police...I know how you feel...I hate bad grammar, spelling and how it all leads to misUNDERstanding

    It's my largest character flaw

    but it's not my fault-

    I had a crush on my lit teacher...he was a bearded-existentialist

    (not that beards matter).

    Anyway, one day-

he got off on a tangent and told us about a "tree."

I knew then that nobody got him but me.

  • i love when the piano comes in

  • @ThroughRock and what you listen it? you're a retard or what?

  • I'm very intrigued by Amnesiac. I feel like it's often forgotten because it was release only a year after Radiohead's most famous album - right behind OK Computer - Kid A. It isn't B-sides either. I hate when people say that. I did hear that some of the songs may've been recorded while KId A - but B-sides implies that they are leftovers, and "I Might Be Wrong" and "Like Spinning Plates" are as gorgeous, if not more, than anything on Kid A.

  • @arinross523 some may think that, I disagree though. I think Kid A is their best album.

  • HERMOSA CANCION Y HERMOSO DISCO AMNESIAC! AMNESIAC ES MI DIOS!

  • Incendies <3

  • i have to hear i might be wrong

  • ghost horses

  • Poor replay button

  • intellectual musical massage for my brain!!

  • that last 1 minute 20 seconds is simply orgasmic

  • God, I love the word "cronies."

  • they say oh here we go again

  • Nothing beats the Dorian mode

  • @z0tx

Thats weird, I learnt about that in my theory class literally yesterday! Impressive you can recognise it just from listening :)

  • ain't it great when the track is over while heading for an instant repeat thinkin "that was too short"? so much captured in 3min 14sec

  • @fofiko4 frustrating, is more the word for it.

  • Knock knock.

    Thom: who is it ?

    Chris Martin: Its Chris.

Thom: The dishes are over there bitch.

  • @MrColdheadRadioplay i dont get it...

  • @dodgerdaw1

Oky.....Chris Martin (the singer of Coldplay) came to wash dishes in Thom York's House.

    Get it now???

  • @MrColdheadRadioplay yeah but... why would the singer from coldplay wanna wash thom york's dishes?

  • @dodgerdaw1

Cuz a lot of ppl have been saying how Chris Martin is better than Thom Yorke

  • @dodgerdaw1 he already does.

    musically.

  • @MrColdheadRadioplay Those same people also like Nickelback and Fall Out Boy. Their opinion is null.

  • @MrColdheadRadioplay trololol

  • @MrColdheadRadioplay Fuck you. Coldplay are a brilliant band and if you hate Coldplay you're a dick.

  • @ChocolateHoneycomb i hate this fucking coldplay !

  • @ChocolateHoneycomb I doubt that one single individual's delight from a band has nothing to do with their personality.

  • @ChocolateHoneycomb This pretty much proves it. "if you hate Coldplay you're a dick" this is how they got their entire fanbase.

  • @crazychainsawkid1 Coldplay is gay, Radiohead kicks ass. Discussion ended.

  • @MrColdheadRadioplayEvery body stop being a cunt with this coldplay comments

  • check your English please

  • could be a protest theme 4 the" occupy "crowd.?

  • This is the song "You And Whose Army"?, from the album Amnesiac.

  • @segusband oops. put the question mark in the wrong place

  • I rented the movie Incendies the other day. Pop it in, and the opening credits are accompanied by this. Obviously I loved it instantly.

  • @tara2berry2 Very powerful movie!

  • Thom at the piano, camera right in his face, gigantic eye on a huge screen peaking out over the crowd. What I'll always remember about this cut.

  • this is the real shit!

  • dat grammar

  • God I wish the second part was longer, then I wouldn't have to repeat this song so many times...

Now that I think about it, I'd probably repeat this song anyway.

  • Most underrated song of all time

  • Comment removed

  • I don't care really... e-bully its more annoying :\

  • a song which there is "Holy Roman Empire" in its lyrics is just cool. so cool.

  • @marhadiasak Walcott by Vampire Weekend

  • Every time I hear this song I just imagine a kid being beaten down and then when the big break happens rain starts to fall heavy, he stands up, and he just yells screams, face contorted with a mixture of rage and happiness...

  • @RearrangingReality Yeah? If you go rent the movie "Incendies" you might think of something completely different....but much the same.

  • This song helped me for my own battle against bullyism... thank god school days are finished long ago... Thank Thom and Radiohead...

  • @MirageMC

I hope this means, you were waiting and withstanding all the time (0:00 - 1:50) and then you kicked everybodies nuts =)

  • @MyBottletree ... Exactly : )

  • @MirageMC haha pussy... jk... e-bully time

  • Used well as a sample by Blu.

  • The Greatest Song Ever. Period.

  • Incendies was pretty good but i just hated the turn out, how the son is the father, it was just too weird and depressing. Flipping love the song tho!

  • So emotional.Strange feelings i get when i listen to it...In 1:54 i want to stand up and scream...Great..

  • i hated this song the first time i heard it. now i cant stop listening to it.

  • This song works to great haunting effect in the film -- both in the mournful melody and in the lyrics.

  • @kedgwell Which flim?

  • @Adronomics The film is called Incendies.

  • This song = Incendies

    1+1=1

  • If i could, I would eat/hug/touch this song.

  • This song was featured throughout various scenes in the movie, Incendies. It's a beautiful/devastatingly sad film. I strongly suggest it.

  • @ViewingHistory1 amazing movie cant belive i hadnt heard about it before. this song is amazing too

  • @ViewingHistory1 watching it atm

  • @ViewingHistory1 is that the one about the druggies?

  • i wouldn't say amnesiac is radiohead's strongest album, but this track and pyramid song alone make it essential in their catalogue

  • My favorite song on this album

  • This song is about how the illuminati is taunting the world cause they already control everything and there is nothing the rest of us can do anymore and that it's too late for us. They are using Radiohead as their public speakers. I'm jk btw.

  • Like this if Incendies didn't bring you here

  • found this song on the dexter season 1 trailer. fucking epic.

  • @hello93617 I liked the trailer, very well made

  • WE RIDE TONIGHT.

  • What album is this?

  • @diegosaenz j.....wa...be.....are you serious? Look at the picture.

  • @diegosaenz Amnesiac

  • It seems pretty obvious to say that the haziness of the album would fit with the idea of someone who has amnesia slowly trying to remember things, the red book on the album cover like some kind of diary to help them do that. Of course, it could be seen as the colour of New Labour but Radiohead don't necessarily choose to make things about a single meaning.

  • Amnesiac has such a softness in sound to it. The hazy vocals of Thom Yorke in this, for instance, might have come from some World War 2 recording. Even 'I might be wrong' is all gentleness like Radiohead going all Stone Roses: 'Let's go down the waterfall. Think about the good times'. It's like it's trying to send you to sleep with a lullaby after the starkness of Kid A, although the 2 are often essentially regarded as companion pieces. When it picks up tempo at 1.54 it's so unexpected.

  • For the longest time I always thought the lyrics were

    We Ride Tonight

    Don't Stop Singing

  • like this if this song led you to watch Incendies

  • *whose* :)

  • IN-CEN-DIES !!!!!

  • shivers alllll over!

  • i like to play this song along with volcano videos

  • i'm going to die to this song.

  • Comment removed

  • comon COMON!! LO MEJOR DE TODO RADIOHEAD! :OOO !!

  • This song is good until 1:48, when it becomes fucking incredible.

  • Did coldplay rip this song? It sounds just like 'Yes'!

  • @SMUGBASTARDALERT

Probably. Coldplay's yes "2008". Radiohead, you and whose army, "2001". I'll have to take a listen to it.

  • @SMUGBASTARDALERT Listen to "Venus in Furs" by the Velvet Underground. Then you'll really know where Coldplay got the sound for "Yes."

  • Incendies is a french play written by Wajdi Mouawad. It was translated into Scorched..... Ghooooost Horseeeeesssssssss..... Ghooooost Horseeeeesssssssss..... Let's not shout please :), Thom Yorke is trying to sing this awesome song :O

  • @jmasterX I totally agree with you, this is no place to shout. The request for redemption indicates that one should then ask, who in fact is the 'troll' in said situation if one in fact evaluates the definition of 'trolling' ;) . It seems as through, the instigation of an all caps rage indicates that the trolled became a troll herself did it not? Moreover, is my own off topic comment itself not an instance of... trolling?

  • @KeyOfGeeMinor I agree, let us stay on topic and simply Muse in Thom's wonderful lyrics and composition.

  • @jmasterX Absolutly, after all if it was not for Thom and George Orwell, the whole world would still think that 2 + 2 = 4... how absurd would that be... oh... there I go again...

  • @KeyOfGeeMinor Not only that, but without Scorched, the whole world would still be thinking that 1 + 1 = 2!

It is very numerically clear that 2 + 2 always makes a 5 and that 1 + 1 can = 1. Oh, the wonderful world of mathematics :)

  • @jmasterX and @KeyOfGeeMinor Actually, there are TERRIBLE mistakes in these two theories. Both present serious (but barely not noticeable) procedure failures, which is what makes you think that the equation is right!

And about the Orwell's book, he wasn't stating that 2+2=5, it was a metaphore about how a totalitarian government can bend the truth according to their will and still have all the support from the people, depending on the way they do it. Sorry for the bad english (:

  • @jmasterX Dude, Radiohead =/= Thom. It's not His composition, it was created by all five.Had you listened to The Eraser you'd know that nothing Thom could do on his own will ever be greater than RH as a whole. It bugs me when people assume it's all one person.

  • I'm getting tired of all these comments about "look who brought me here" or "I'm this old and I listen to Radiohead." FUCK OFF.

  • This is the first Radiohead song ive ever listened too, and its fantastic. Can anyone recommend anything similar?

  • @frycookking everything. Just search "Radiohead mix" up there. You're welcome.

  • @frycookking massive attack are worth a look if u havent already, go through Radiohead before anything else though

  • Like this if some French movie that nobody saw didn't bring you here! Since seeing HP7P2, I can't hear this song without hearing Neville shouting "you and who's army?" at a large group of Death Eaters.

  • @ProfessorRJLupin SORRY BUT INCENDIES IS FUCKING KNOWN!!! IT'S NOT FRENCH EITHER, BITCH!!!!! IT'S NOT FUCKING FRENCH! IT'S QUÉBECOIS!! GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT AND NEVILLE SUCKS ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @Ghostshepard Okay, I'm really sorry that I may have insulted Quebec and Incendies. I live in America, and Incendies went straight-to-DVD here. In Quebec, I'm sure that loads of people saw it. I assumed from the title of the movie that it was French because it had a French-sounding name. However, I've got to admit that you are overreacting. Finally, I am not a bitch, I am just a Harry Potter and Radiohead fanatic who knows very little about movies from Quebec.

  • @ProfessorRJLupin Cool. You troll well. I apologize, sincerely for having screamed. I actually like Neville as well. But truly, Twilight brought me to Radiohead, not that I like twilight, I saw the first movie only, and 15 step played. Just thank the Lord some people are still interested. I think Radiohead should go down in history. :) Cheers, broo.

  • @Ghostshepard I forgive you. From one Radiohead fan to another.

  • @ProfessorRJLupin :) Peace, brother.

  • idk wtf Incendies is but radio head is the sh*t and that alone is enough to bring me here

  • I brought myself here cause Radiohead are my favourite band

  • first breath at 0.00s like a new born

  • Thumbs up if you fucking hate when people call Amnesiac a "Kid B" or a Kid A B-Sides Album.

  • Radiohead is the best band still around today.

  • I love how he just says *fuck you general rhyme schemes. I'm Thom Yorke and I'll do it however I bloody want* <3

  • Its too short I want more!

  • @ThosePelicans thats what she said

  • @TheKickasskatie Nice. And damn how the fuck can radiohead be so awesome!?!?!?!

  • lov it

  • Stanotte cavalcheremo, cavalcheremo cavalli fantasma...

  • This song is just fucking perfect.

  • Rerax? Thom you Asian son of a bitch :P

  • This song...its so wonderful

  • just like a babys cry. so pure

  • Thumbs up if you are the 129,000 viewer!

  • @AlexFromAus no.

  • @AlexFromAus You're only going to get one thumbs up if you're lucky. What's the point?

  • This reminds me of Motion Picture Soundtrack.

  • one of their best songs, of my opinion

  • This. Is. ART.

  • the change in 1:54 kills me everytime i heard this song!!!

  • @chikicosplayer chills, always.

  • @chikicosplayer hear this song not heard I totally agree you

  • IMO, the movie is made better because of this haunting song

  • We ride tonight, on GHOST HORSES!!!!!

  • "you forget so easy" is one of the most remorseful things i've ever heard...

  • @xBillyTheKidx

Remorseful? Clearly you don't know the meaning of the word.

  • @Hackstall ok

  • Comment removed

  • I want this song played at my funeral.

  • @ThadEnouf Why??? That doesn't make sense. The lyrics dont match a fucking funeral its more for war.

  • @bluebow23 Because one war ends (life) and another begins (afterlife). Thanks for your concern but you don't need a song about a funeral to play at your funeral.

  • u.u

    No te enojes
