I suck at X-Planes so bad, it's not even funny. I can hardly hold a straight path, and every time I land I end up going off the runway or flipping over.

I do like them however. I only have version 7.63, and I got it used, so it didn't come with everything it was supposed to.

I think I might get the one you have here though.

Well I don't know what's going on about FS vs Xplane stuffs...

Xplane is just fine for me...

If FS is the same for others then continue to use Fs it's not my bussiness but because you guys are using FS can't mean I will not post vidz using it!

You guys interested in X-Plane stuffs keep an eye on my vidz new stuffs coming with more realistic Airlines and places (Jet Star and New York was not the best example... :) )

Of course :) Only the name change it was irst designed under the MD-90 codename :) then boeing purchased Macdonnel-Douglas and renamed the MD-90 into the Boeing 717 ;-)

MSFS is not a game. :) at least not if u configure it properly. You have tons of add-on aircraft that act just like the real ones. Flight 1's ATR for isntance. of course there are also tons of kids that use it like it was Ace Combat on PS cosnole.

You'r right they are certainly not able to make a Sydney-New York one way it's not a 777 or a 747 or any other big Airbus jet but It was made in the US and therefore it had to fly to australia to be used there so It might not be so unusual to see little planes for from they'r homes... ;)

all the boeing 717's are back with qantas link now jetstar operate A320's and 5 or 6 A330's on international routes and currently have an order for more A320's and some A321's

well that was fast... a few years ago they had purchased those aircraft & they are all gone? I heard of this airline as a low-cost airline with these aircrafts in service & some A320's on order.

i think all their aircraft are owned by qantas really and those 717's are being used by qantas.

I'm flying with checklists when you are into the Final approach your landing gears must be down above 2000fts It was times ago but I know that my gers were down as normal as usual

You put the gear down under 2OOOfts US runways has a less steep glide slope than EUropean ones 2OOO fts comes sooner in the approach therefore flying more time whit the gear down. But you know I'm not a pro ;)

Does your 717 have a 717 panel set for the cockpit and correct BMW engine sound set? Very nice model from the outside but did not notice spoiler deployment or thrust reversers opening on landing. Thanks for posting the video! Also, did you create the model in x-plane and import into MSFS2004? Thanks again.

It does have a 2D panel and engine sounds but there's some limitations to what X-Plane can do in regrads of sounds...
