  • you are improving! are you gonna make any squatting/dunking videos again once?

  • in soviet russia. bench presses you

  • Have you charted this out? Each PR by date? How far back was it when you broke 300lbs 1rm?

  • Looks like you have 410 in you bro! Lol using Mark's music, eh? lol jk

  • @PowerlifterTy16

Hopefully 410+ lbs soon...slow and steady. Yeah, I figured Mark would like that tune...that's right up his alley...ha, ha...

  • amazing sir, do you sacrifice your deadlift and squat training to achieve this? I was thinking of doing this to blast my bench up

  • @id0stuff

Depends I guess...I tweaked my back a little while back, so I have taken some time off on the squats/deads, so I have nothing better to do besides bench.

    Thanks for the comments.

  • Niiice. 400 lbs man, looked pretty easy for you.

Good job man. Looking forward to 405+.

  • @jiggaluv123

Me too...when I feel ready I will test out 410 lbs and go from there. Slow and steady...

    Thanks bro!

  • man that 400 was easy! check out my vids from the meet the other day.

  • @dt76028

    Getting easier every time out...

Man, I hope those weren't your third and final attempts in the meet, as you blew through them all like they were nothing, which means you left a ton of lbs on the table. At least 350+ on the bench, at least 660+ dead, and way more on the squat.

Congrat's on getting your first meet under your belt though...you are a better man than I in that regard. Keep it up!

  • strong guy. most impressive.

  • @ganymedegreen

    Thanks bro - much appreciated.

  • strong guy

  • 400 is looking faster

  • @bomdigi1

Thanks man - it felt reasonably good for a weaker-feeling day while I recover from that max double with 395 lbs. Hopefully I can double 400 lbs relatively soon...

  • I always enjoy your videos. You're such a PR machine.

  • @lauratbird

Ha, ha...thanks Laura. Back at ya...I really enjoy the diversity in your vid's these days too, in your exercises, music, and clothes...ha, ha. Keep it up!

  • I see 410 max next workout! Good workout man, great PR's.

  • @IncredibleHulkRobert

I don't know about the next workout, but hopefully soon when my body feels ready for it. Still recovering from that heavy double with 395 lbs...no rush though.

    Thanks bro!

  • coulda done 410 3 or 4 times with those bands and coulda done 430 twice. ha. excellent work brother!

  • @fivefingerbp98

This was kind of an active rest day with moderate intensity...so I am avoiding absolute efforts where possible. Otherwise, I won't recover and I will start to go backwards. Hopefully heavier weights to come...thanks for the comments.

  • Fucking ridiculous hahaha hitting personal bests every video

  • @Kaelan66

    Thanks bro - much appreciated.

  • 400 lbs bench:

    nothing heavy....

son its gonna take me another year and a half just to DL that lol

  • @Mizzles240

Yeah, but I am old and have been benching for a long, long time. It's about time 400 lbs didn't feel like I was lifting a house! Good luck with your training...and thanks for the comments.

  • Nice work with the bands Randy! I really need to try them like that with slack at the top. When do you plan to do a flat out max attempt?

  • @HHH396

Thanks Mark. Not too sure...like I mentioned before, I am a fan of the heavy doubles as I feel it is much easier to recover from than an all out single. Although, this was definitely my max double at this stage. When I feel ready I will try to knock 410 lbs out of the way and go from there...no real rush though. I find I do better when I ease my way into it. You definetly need to try the bands that way too...I prefer them that way. Feels more like a real bench...

  • That's what im talkin bout you beast!

  • @Salamandria23

Ha, ha...thanks. I appreciate the comment.
