So does anyone have any news on what has happened to her since the sex scandal? When a person gets arrested in Iran, we usually don't find out what happened to them until a long time after and even if they are released the government makes it so that the person doesn't feel free to come out and talk. Any news?
I think we should help her if we can. It is not just her to whom these things happen. All Iranians are subjected to cruelty from the government and one another in their own country. I lived there and I can attest to the fact that Iranians cannot stand to see that someone has a thing or two going for them and look for ways to bring them down.
she was hurt by the government....not by the man. I feel so much pity for her and for her bf, who is in jail for expressing his feelings. He didn't "release" the video on purpose; it was stolen when his computer was getting repaired. Maybe it was dumb of him to keep a porn of himself on his computer, but it is not a crime. The music video is gorgeous...especially the cinematography. and even though I don't understand a single word of the lyrics, it's a great song.
