As a long time rock guitar player who cut his teeth on Led Zepplin and Cream stuff when it was new, I LOVE THIS STUFF!

JPJ and Dave Grohl are a great rhythm section and Josh Homme writes REALLY cool stuff, but his lead playing leaves a lot to be desired.

He is just kind of noodleing around without saying much yet that some of the older rock they are referring back to DID have leads that were like that.

So, for me the piece doesn't work after about 4:45. The first half is monumental.
