Why on earth would Prescott duck Khan, he destroyed him, lots of cash, title? other than if he was approached with a fight deal in which he must take a dive during the fight to make Amir Can't look good. I am completely astonished by the way everybody is writing off Murray. Khan got completely flattened by a painfully average fighter. Murray is a much better, well rounded fighter, with a ridiculous volume of quality and quality body punching. At the end of the day, if Freddie Roach syas he's his next champion, then Khan is gonna be a world champion. Khan is a good boxer, fast hands good technique and with Roach a good defence, apart from his chin. Will be world class when he hits his peak.

I don't understand why Khan gets so much stick from the public and critics. He's a great boxer and can go far in this sport. Anything khan does, doesn't seem good enough for people. I admit Barerra wasn't at his peak and th cut did spoil the fight but he was boxing well before the cut and I think could have won it comfortably against him if it weren't for the cut. I'd like to see people criticise him on his next fight. Kotelnik isn't shot, he's a world champion, a natural LWW.

i can prove it, in the barrera fight they clashed heads in round 1 and barrera got a nasty cut, because of that cut the fight was stopped but not after it happened but after the 3rd round.

if the ref stopped it before the 3rd it would've resulted in a no contest, so it was stopped in the 4th.

Come on man be a little objective. You can't say that between rounds 2 - 5 Barrera didn't have a chance to win the fight, he had all that time to beat Khan but Khan was just too good for him on the night. The Barrera cut was a smaller factor than you think. Khan was cut square on the eyelid which is a far worse place for a cut to happen. Barrera's was much higher up on the head but bigger and bled more. Khan did very well against an aging Barrera. No other UK lightweight could have done that.
