Senator Byron Dorgan talks about climate change legislation

The Senator paints this as if there is still scientific debate about whether or not humans are affecting climate. That debate ended decades ago. Geophysicists know, without a doubt, that humans are causing it. Just go to NASA's website and read for two minutes.
