That's what I always wondered! I live in lima and whenever I travel to the highlands I'm afraid to get altitude sickness. But still is not that bad 'cause I've always travel to the higlands since I was a kid son I never get sick. But it must be terrible for those who are not used to altitude. Although many people form lima get sick! I wonder how will I handle with a snow storm, I've never been in one before!* :)
