I. Love. The. Killers. They are one of my favorite bands!!! I'm so jealous you saw them!!! :) I agree with your viewpoint on performers. Their job is to entertain because they have some unique talent that other people don't have and will pay to enjoy. I love good performances!
IMO, a true musician creates and performs music for the sheer joy of doing so. Not for the money, and not so they can get a million fans who love their music.
BTW, you have pretty eyes and an attractive voice, but I'm sure you hear that all the time.
