psi is really only used as an indication of how much pressure there is in the intake, actual hp and CFM and amount of fuel used are much more important.
the turbos are capable of feeding around 1200+ hp to the wheels a piece
so theoretically with the turbos maxed out the car should be able to put down 2400ish rear wheel horsepower.
whatever "PSI" that is, is only really used as a measurement.
