Whenever my improv loving friend and I go see ANY improv group we'll converse afterwards and pick out the person we liked the best; the one we felt was the "glue" that held the whole evening together and we then call that person the "Jim Sweeney" of the evening. I was lucky enough to see him three or four times with the CSP and he was the best of the best.

Now I've seen the film, it has to find a distributor. It was so inspirational showing his life and everything he accomplished, and how even MS didn't stop him. A truly inspirational comedian, and one of the best this country has ever known. Its just a shame he wasn't there himself, that would have been kick ass!

I first saw Jim when he and Steve Steen used to do Kids TV in the afternoons.

I have an improv-loving friend and when we see any theatresports or anything together we always call our favorite performer of whichever group we're watching "The Jim Sweeney of the group". He was the best improv glue I ever saw perform; so sad he's not doing it any longer at the Comedy Store.

I have been a fan of Who's Line Is It Anyway for as long as I can remember and Jim Sweeney was a massive part of that show and the comedy of its time. I unfortunately never got to see him live at the Comedy club to witness his brilliance in the flesh and hopefully this documentary will be able to show others his talent, his passion and comedy timing that made him stand out from the rest. A true comedy legend.

It would be a crime for this film to not achieve the distribution it deserves, and to my mind it's a crime that you're actually still having to "find" a distributor... for a film like this, for a person like Jim, I expected your challenge would have been in having to knock back the offers... I was diagnosed with MS a little over 2 years ago, and it's people like Jim that make you realise that it isn't a death sentence, and it doesn't have to stop you living your life much as you planned to before the bombshell dropped. A lot of the recent news to do with MS has been about assisted suicide; Jim's own experiences, and his way of passing them on, show the other side of the coin. More power to him and his comedy.
