Vous n'avez pas décidemment pas de coeur, vous êtes prêt à nuire aux gens pour faire le buzz.

En France, nous avons notamment les articles 226-1 et 226-8 du code pénal au sujet du droit à l'image de la personne physique. De plus, les personnes concernées peuvent envoyer un signalement à Youtube pour "atteinte à la vie privée". Ils peuvent également faire une demande de suppression de contenu en utilisant le formalisme introduit par la LCEN. Internet n'est pas le Far West.

En France, l'auteur de cette vidéo risquerait un an de prison et 15 000 euros d'amende.

Cela ne me regarde pas directement mais je n'ai pas oublié ce que le mot "solidarité" signifie. L'auteur de la vidéo refuse de retirer le passage qui pose problème et c'est au jeune homme concerné d'envoyer un signalement pour "atteinte à la vie privée".

J'en ai marre des gens qui se croient tout permis sur Internet. C'est un outil absolument formidable mais en s'en servant pour nuire à autrui, on donne des prétextes aux politiques qui voudraient tout filtrer et tous nous fliquer.
