@ZincGamingMLG It's part of the Anarchy Edition. If you pre-ordered the game, you should have the Anarchy Edition, which comes with a code to download the extra's. (Double Barrel shotgun, Rat Rod, Fists of Rage, Crimson Elite armor.)
You dont need to upgrade the rad rod that much. You can get a Cuprino when you do a quest for the Wellspring Sheriff. Its much stronger and really worth to upgrade.
