One quick question on the flow of the the drill. Once they complete the attack, do you 1) have them back-check to the other end to get in line or 2) go to the corner in the attack end until all players have made it through and then run the opposite direction? what have you found works best?
@seymourhockey i usually have them wait at the other end, then run it again in the opposite direction. That way they don't get in the way of the next players in line.
@nocando1234 They can either participate with the forwards in the regular rotation, or they can start at the far end, close the gap and play against the forwards on a 3 on 2
