I loved this video. I'm so glad I got to see it. The end was very true not to mention the positions. I don't know who would want to give birth lying on their backs since its counterproductive.
I couldn't agree more about the "Suggested Positions During Labour" at 7:05. Gravity is the best and most natural way to deliver quicker and easier than laying down on a bed (as done in most hospitals) as while laying down, the uterus flattens out and you need to "push" the baby out. There is not as much need to push when you're using gravity as your helper! ^_^ Love this film because it's info. is for all generations. (with exception to the high-heels while exercising, lol.)
Wow. And some of 'em were in high-heels at that! This is a great film. My fav. is the tip-toe walking at 5:00. So cute with their pregnant bellies. ^_^
Why don't they teach this anymore? It seems that we've gone backward in some ways, not forward, in childbirth education.
