  • last corner ....amazing

  • forza regie!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • great car i own an RS for three years now a 225 hp version and its great handles well ,killed a lot of GTIS and hondas and....i had no problems ...so before you start talking ask people that had experiennce WITH RENAULTSPORT CARS i ve joined an RS club IN MY COUNTRY ..and everyone is more than happy..and finally renault sport is a different factory in dieppe than renault .. it produces only sport cars in limited numbers per day with much higher standards of production than a usual car

  • 5:30 thru 5:40. Phew!

  • That man must have HUGE HAIRY ELEPHANT BALLS!!!!

  • After this lap, the car fell apart like all French cars do.

  • Who da hell is this pilot..he is TOP!

Best driving skills i´ve ever seen in a FWD.

Better than Focus RS around a lap circuit?

  • Bridgestone Potenza RE050A a bucket of old tires... good marketing ploy, this model Trophy you did not need after r26r...

  • sort of , but, it's not,anyway the great fun ..

  • good part from 8:04 ,kind of ..

  • I wish i could drive the Nürburgring

  • A little understeer, but deals with it well!

  • Torque steer???

  • Can't wait to see the proper R26.R replacement.

  • It would be great if everyone had a track to use this car, because that's what it's basically only good for.

  • @hondacar - that's not true. I loved the R26.R which was supposedly 'hard core', but on the road it glided rather than crashed over bumps and was effortless to drive. I remember once Chris (Harris) and I were heading back to my place and the roads were wet - I was in the R26.R he was in a Subaru Impreza WRX-S. The R26.R despite being on track tyres was impossible to catch and took far less effort to stay ahead of the Scooby. This RS 265 Trophy is as quick, but with all the usual comforts.

  • @CitizenSlide what happened to DR? I supported and subscribed from the start. Really wanted to see it do well

  • @gregaperkin - I was forced to let the journalists go. They gambled on the fact they were irreplacable, but then discovered to their cost that they weren't. Pampered egos + unrealistic expectations + irresponsible behavior = end of DR.

  • @CitizenSlide

That's a shame. It seemed like an out of the ordinary car review site.

  • @hondacar - thanks. It was enjoyable while it lasted.

  • @hondacar What a load of shit!!!

  • @Senninha1960

What the hec do you know?

You probably drive a chipped Golf GTI and think you have a Porsche Turbo beater.

  • @hondacar You are a major tosser! Not even worth my time

  • Seeing as the standard RS250 apparently produces closer 270hp (198kw) and 360nm that the spec'd 250hp(184kw)/340nm, I wonder what the RS265 REALLY produces?

  • Bravo !

  • 8:10 Almost hiting the barrier. Close one :S

  • Awesome Stuff yet again by RS!!

  • Brilliant Handling!!!

  • Fantástico!

  • 4:25 -> B A L L S

  • @bowbinger you can actually see him take a breath as his ass clenches the seat.

  • Awesome! Will be getting one of these in a couple of years once they are a bit cheaper! Well done Renault!

  • @mongfarmer There will be only 50. Good luck =)

  • @primozcorpse Damn! didnt realise the numbers were so few! Will probably have to settle with the standard RS then!

  • @mongfarmer You can still tune it...as I recall, the only difference is 15bhp, 15 lb ft of torque an a set of new tires...Bridgestone potenza I think.....what do you mean by "settle"...I would kill for a car like that =/.

  • Bello!
