The best promo men are as follows: Raven,Jake Roberts,the 4 Horsemen(Flair,Anderson,Blanchard/Ole Anderson),Terry Funk,Paul Heyman,Jerry Lawler,and yes sometimes during his nWo phse up till proabably "The Fingerpoke Of Doom"in 99-Hollywood Hogan. Oh & he Dudley Boyz were also spectacular on the bike in their later ECW day too.
@Necrocide187 I'd also add Foley to that list. just watching his "Cane Dewey" promo brings instant chills and is considered to be one of the best promos of all time
lol, I'm sorry, but Tommy Dreamer just comes out of nowhere, punches Raven in the face, and then leaves and Raven finishes his promo like nothing happened. That's just goofy.

It goes furher than Dreamer attacking Raven and Raven just getting up, Raven is so fixated on Dreamer that he doesn't even realise Dreamer attacked him and therefore goes on with the promo like nothing even happened, like the man he was talking about never even showed up. It's sheer brilliance.
