Its a joke on clothing.

What tenebie-Er, tenebrae meant was they all sighed except him, so he made a bad pun on "Size four" or as he said, "sighs four"

Tenebrae is referring to shoe size. A "sighs four" (Read: Size 4) would be too small a size for his feet. They either attacked him for been insensitive or for telling such a bad pun. I remember laughing at Tenebrae's ridiculous laugh right after he says it on my playthrough.
