@ForeGiven Tell you what, my friend: if Protestants truly knew the Catholic Church, they would NOT be Protestants... simply put. Protestantism is the consequence of ignorance and blind rebellion. Ignorant Catholics become Protestants ALL THE TIME. I once had a short debate with a friend's dad, who was a pastor af their church, and I respectfully left the gentleman quiet, nervously smiling and trying to change the topic.
AMEN THE CATHOLIC CHURCH IS THE ONE AND ONLY TRUE APOSTOLIC CHRUCH. NO ONE CAN GO TO GOD THE FATHER, EXCEPT HIS BELOVED SON JESUS CHRIST....WE ALL WILL STAND BEFORE HIM ...THERE ARE 2 JUDGEMENTS, GENERAL AND FINAL, NO LAWYERS HERE, YOU STAND ALONE:
HEAVEN OR HELL. MAY GOD HAVE MERCY ON ALL WHO HAVE NOT LIVED THEIR LIVES ACCORDING TO THE THE TEACHINGS OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH. THE COMMANDMENTS, THE SACRAMENTS...FOLLOW JESUS AT ALL TIMES,RENUNCE SATAN. PRAY TO MARY OUR MOTHER, AND THE SAINTSJMJ
Not universally & unilaterally; but Man can do so when he is given that power by God Himself. That is what the Mass IS. It's the ability of Man to worship God by giving Man the gift of God Himself so we offer God back to God. That's the only thing holy enough to offer God.
The Bible says a pure sacrifice will be offered from east to west. A PURE sacrifice - not crackers & grapejuice. Not feel-good guitar songs. A PURE sacrifice.
Wow, how hateful that a so-called Christian would use a term like that. Also, what is "made up" about the image of Jesus on the Cross? Don't you think that happened? Denying the resurrection, are you? Sad.
>> 7 deadly sins errr I mean sacrements!
I'd cool it with the wise-cracks if I were you - God personally instituted them, so I wouldn't call them sins if I were you. God might be a wee bit offended.
Just so everone knows, VarekMoon has replied several times to my message, but has sworn each time - so I haven't approved his messages. I asked him if he praised Jesus with that mouth.
Anyway, I didn't want other Christians to read his words and be offended.
Yes, there is only one true church of God; that is The Holy Catholic and Apostolic Church.
May God have mercy on us all, including our seperated brethren and grant them the light of The Holy Spirit, to open thier eyes, minds and hearts to see through their errors and lead them back home safely, for playtime is definately over and every child of God need to get back home safely.
>>> "There are not over a hundred people in the United States who hate the Catholic Church. There are millions, however, who hate what they wrongly believe to be the Catholic Church, which is, of course, quite a different thing."
I can tell you. For something to be a sacrament it must have been commanded by Christ. It must have an emperical element as a sign, it must point to the forgiveness of sins and it must have a intimate union between the sign and what the sign points to. Only Baptism and the Lord's Supper meet these criteria.
And the other five, actually. Protestants should answer this question "What gives them the right to determine what is and is not a sacrament in defiance of the Church?"
Mother Mary said... The Church that Jesus adopted is One Church, because Jesus is One. The Church is the kingdom of Heaven on earth. He who has divided it has sinned. And he who has rejoiced from its division has also sinned. Jesus built it. It was small. And when it grew, it became divided. He who divided it has no love in him. Our Lord Jesus want us to love each other. Please goto 'MIRACLE OF DAMASCUS' watch and receive the message from our Lord Jesus Christ. God bless us all..
Yea can you imagine if we had more lay evangelists like him, how much better off the Church would be. I know that I would be more on fire for Jesus and His Church. This "no-nonsense" sytle is what we need more of even though it makes many uncommfortable.
This type of education is what we need as Catholics nowadays. Too many unfaithful leave the faith without really knowing the teachings of our Church. I think it's a matter of communicating the facts that many seem to miss.

I absolutely agree with you "ForeGiven!"
Even Bishop Sheen said;
