That is debatable. The flames that ShineGreymon Burst Mode wields are classified as "solar-class high-energy flames." And "solar" is based from Sol, the sun closest to Earth. Also, one of his attacks is Corona Blaze Sword, and the definition of corona is "the outermost region of the sun's atmosphere." If nothing else, it was a piece of the sun.

However, since the sun is simply a giant fire ball (though an understatement), you would be partially correct =]

And they are by far not the strongest Digimon in existence anyway, not by quite a bit! Except perhaps Susanoomon and Imperialdramon Paladin Mode, but even they aren't the strongest..

Shinegreymon Burst Mode was still Mega level yet he was much stronger than he was previously and is also stronger than some of the Royal Knights. Susanoomon, Daemon and UlforceVeedramon Future Mode are all Super Ultimates. Susanoomon is actually more powerful that Omnimon, yet some people refuse to see that.
