I've been over to the Cameras Lens website (a GOOD Fatal Frame website) and have yet to see a picture of Stroller Granny on that site or anywhere else. The canon ending is Mio killed Mayu for the Crimson Ritual XD They follow that ending and with Miku, they follow the normal mode ending (Mafuyu staying behind)

FF2 has too many endings but they are all cool! But techinically, it's the Crimson Ritual Ending.
